AVE spa has developed and patented a series of solutions which make it possible to reduce the ecological impact of the building’s electrical wiring.

To comply with standards (UNI EN 13829 / EN EV 2007) from the viewpoint of airtightness AVE has developed a series of accessories, including the membrane (cod.253CGAV) which is applied to the 253CG box, the plugs (cod. 25TTC32, 25TTC25, 25TTC20) to be fitted into the corrugated ducts and windproof airtight covers (codes BLST05, BLST06, BLST07 and BLST08) to be fitted to junction boxes, which reduce air leaks (compared to a traditional installation) by 92% (established by comparative tests conducted by a certified laboratory using a Blower Door Test TUVReinland bench simulator).

The insulation Membrane unit, Box and finish Plate with seal, has also demonstrated its capacity to reduce the transmittal of noise through the holes made in the walls for electrical switches and sockets.
