Casale Tre Sorelle represents a perfect blend of history and innovation. Built in the 15th century, it has undergone a meticulous restoration, enhancing its ancient charm with modern comforts.

To meet the needs of the structure, cutting-edge AVE technologies were chosen, seamlessly integrating with the aesthetics of the farmhouse and its offices. The highlight of the installation is the AVE access control system, designed for hotels and B&Bs. Thanks to AVE card readers, managing room access is simple and efficient, providing guests with a secure and modern welcome.

Inside the structure, the Tekla 44 wiring accessories series in matte gray has been installed, paired with Smart Touch front plates in satin steel-colored metal and Young 44 front plates in technopolymer, ensuring a modern aesthetic. Additionally, the installation includes the innovative AVE Multi-Socket, a device capable of offering up to four socket combinations (Italian bipasso, Schuko, USB Type-A, and Type-C) in a single compact unit.

Thanks to AVE solutions, has been created an electrical system that meets the hospitality needs of the structure, enhancing the guest experience while adding a modern and technological touch to the installation.
